Create multiple invitations to join the participant pool. The invitees will get emails with links to join. Entries whose email already has a DECLINED invitation on this pool revive that invitation in place (status back to PENDING, fresh token and expiry, send count reset); entries with a PENDING invitation or an existing membership are skipped.
