Finish tagging a pool item and transition it to the next workflow state.
This action is available when:
- The pool item is in
AWAITING_TAGGINGstatus - The linked eSignature package is in
DRAFTstatus - The requester is a pool member with
TAGGER,ADMIN, orOWNERrole
After successful completion, the item will move to the next state in the workflow
(typically AWAITING_PARTICIPANT_PREFERENCE or REQUEST_SENT_TO_ENROLLEES).
