Resend a notification to the participant designated as the schedule setter
(scheduling.scheduleSetterParticipantsIds).
The notification content depends on the item's scheduling mode:
- PRE_SCHEDULED: notifies the participant to set the scheduled time.
- ON_DEMAND: notifies the participant to join.
